To reject the use of raw materials containing conflict minerals, our Gang Song takes the following steps and processes:
Each department will do component analysis, to identify which parts contain conflict minerals.
To request component suppliers who contain conflict minerals to offer the source of raw materials.
The supplier shall provide conflict minerals (Gold, Tungsten, Cobalt, tin, tantalum)’ raw material manufacturers, material ingredient list and a certificate of origin.
Review the certificate of origin is from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries.
If the suppliers’ the source of origin in doubt, or be sure to use the raw materials from conflict minerals countries, We “Gang Song” requests Suppliers to change the sources within a deadline. If Suppliers cannot reach our request and qualified, we “Gang Song “ will cancel them from our Certified Suppliers Qualification List.
